Postage, shipping and returns:
It is the customers responsibility to select the correct shipping zone
and apply the correct postage charge to their order If the postage
price on an order is incorrect we will contact the customer and make
the necessary corrections.
Customers who wish to return all of their order or part of a
multiple order must notify Buytrehalose.co.uk within 7 days of receipt
Unopened products returned will be refunded in full.
Should products when opened by the customer be found to be damaged
or imperfect, customers must notify Buytrehalose.co.uk within 3 working
days. Products returned will be refunded in full.
All electrical products are covered by a
manufactures warranty. Please see relevant product page for the
duration and any further information. If your product develops a fault
while under warranty, please contact us by telephone or email and we
will advise you who to contact for repair or replacement parts. It is a
“return to base” warranty, therefore there will be a delivery charge to
return the product/s. If a claim is being made against the
manufacturers warranty for a broken or damaged part, the part will
either have to be returned to the distributor or a photograph supplied.
The warranty is provided by the manufacturer/importer and not Buytrehalose.co.uk. This is of particular importance for customers when
returning products from outside the United Kingdom.
All products delivered to customers using UK and International
carriers to include Royal Mail postal services must when required be
signed for. It is not the responsibility of the carrier or Royal Mail
to obtain a signature of the person who the item is addressed to. It is
only a requirement to take a signature at the delivery address and it
may not be that of the addressee.
Any external damage to packaging must be notified and registered
with the carrier or Royal Mail at time of signature and notified to Buytrehalose.co.uk within 3 working days of receipt. All products are
dispatched by Buytrehalose.co.uk or their agents in mint condition.
Buytrehalose.co.uk cannot be held responsible for compensation or
replacement of damaged products, or to compensate or replace products
on behalf of the carrier or Royal Mail postal services. Terms and
conditions will apply.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser/customer returning for exchange, credit, or refund, to return all goods as ordered.
Secure payment facility:
Our payment system is hosted on a 128 bit SSL secure server for full security. We do not store your credit card details. Although
we have done everything possible to make this service totally secure,
we cannot accept responsibility for any breach of security and will not
be held liable for any misuse of the system.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Delivery
UK Delivery - We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working
days of receipt using Royal Mail standard or recorded delivery, however
should there be an unforeseen delay in dispatch customers will be
contacted either by phone or email. We cannot be held
responsible for delays in delivery once customers orders are in the
hands of carriers. Heavy orders 5kg and upwards may be delivered by courier and this option is often available at the point of checkout.
International/EU Delivery - We aim to dispatch orders within
2-3 working days of receipt using Royal Mail Air either 1st Class,
Standard or Recorded Delivery. Please allow 5-10 working days for
delivery to country of destination, delivery then becomes the
responsibility of the countries own postal or courier service.

of the leading companies on the internet to run our shopping system,
this means we are using the top levels of security possible and it is

own website; it is a system provided by Viart, a highly
established third party shopping cart solution which runs all the main parts of the shopping cart. The details you
put into this section of the cart are just your name and address so it
doesn't have to be hosted on a secure server at this point.
When you press 'Checkout' you will be taken to our other third party
which is ePDQ which is a BarclayCard service, one of the largest secure payment solutions on the
internet, here you will see the padlock present the entire time because
you will be entering your full credit card details in the same way as
if you had phoned us to place an order instead. We actually use ePDQ
when taking phone orders as well so it goes through the same system.
